June 16, 2024I went to get an estimate & as the owner was checking my trunk (knowing it wouldn't open properly), he slammed the trunk & broke my window. He refused to fix it & laughed in my face. Until I called the police to make a report. Thank God I recorded him admitting he broke my back window.

Driving BMWs for 40 years we now own two, an 18 year old BMW E46 and a 29 year old BMW E30. Before finding Mota Autohaus older BMW maintenance was definitely a problem, I've lost count of the ripoffs and horror stories using 3 other local shops in particular. Manuel always does what he promises, fixes it CORRECTLY and there are NO cheap "knock off" parts, only QUALITY OEM parts. There's no "Bait & Switch" GOTCHAS when the Final Invoice comes, the estimates hold up when it's time to pay. Thanks for your Expertise Manuel! brian
